Whether you're a beginner or looking to perfect your skills, our personalized approach ensures that every class is a step towards your German language goals. After booking your first private class, I'd like to offer a free 15-minute consultation. This will help me understand your goals and expectations, ensuring I provide you with the best possible class setup.
Cancellation Policy
Upon receiving your booking, I will contact you to confirm the time and send an invoice. Payment must be completed before the class. New students will also receive a brief, free pre-class consultation to discuss expectations and goals, ensuring you get the most out of your lesson. Please provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. For cancellations made within 24 hours, 50% of the course fee will be charged. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations.
